Our pens are made from shatter resistant FDA/EU Food grade materials which contain a detectable
additive, making them detectable by foreign body detection equipment, and are designed without small
parts that can break off and enter the food chain.

Ink Types

Detectamet’s pens and refi lls come in four different types of ink
and it’s important you choose the right ink for the correct working
environment. Standard inks are not suitable for cold and wet areas.
